From April 9 to 10, 2025, Antiwear’s LNG cryogenic ball valves successfully passed delivery acceptance with zero leakage. Low-temperature testing followed BS6364, with valves immersed in -196℃ liquid nitrogen and helium at 8 MPa. One valve achieved zero leakage, others ≤2 bubbles/min, far below BS6364 and Shell SPE77/200 standards. The client was impressed.

The 18-inch pneumatic valve switching test also received high recognition. The 48-hour continuous quality verification demonstrated that Chinese manufacturing can meet and exceed global standards.
