Pain Points and Proposal

① At low temperatures, soft material valve seats (PTFE, RPTFE, PCTFE) undergo significant shrinkage, losing their sealing effectiveness and resulting in internal leakage of the valve.

② Low temperatures cause O-ring failure, resulting in internal leakage.

① Mathematical Model for Seat Contraction

● Precise mathematical formulas for thermal contraction of PTFE/RPTFE/PCTFE seat materials

● Temperature-specific compression allowances and elastic structure optimization

② O-Ring Solutions

● Reliable external-proof leakage design down to -46°C

● FEA-optimized stem extension maintains packing temperature higher than 0°C

● A dual-sealing design featuring a "lip seal with low-emission packing" is adopted to achieve low-leakage and maintenance-free operation, preventing packing failure caused by low temperature.

Only temperature insensitivity can prevent jamming.

● The unique flexible valve seat structure design is temperature-insensitive and pressure-adaptive.

● Exceptional torque consistency and manufacturing uniformity

② With strict oil, grease, and moisture removal treatments, self-pressure relief ensures safer operation

● A detachable drainage structure is separately designed at the bottom stem of the valve

● Pressure self-relief design of seat structure
