High temperature high pressure metal seated floating ball valves are widely used in various hydrocracking units such as coal tar hydrocracking and residual oil ebullated bed hydrocracking units. The working conditions of hydrocracking units are extremely harsh (high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen environment, hydrogen sulfide-rich, and containing catalyst particles), which put forward high requirements for the valve's material selection, sealing pair matching, and gap design. In response to the characteristics of hydrocracking unit working conditions, ATW has carried out targeted research and development on metsl seated floating ball valves for hydrocracking units based on rigorous thermodynamic calculations and relying on a large number of simulation tests and data analysis. It is an ideal choice for high-pressure ball valves used in hydrocracking units.
