Pain Points and Proposal
1.Jam: valve jam due to solid fluid accumulating inside valve pocket, serious cycle time request, accuracy less than 0.1 second.
2. Internal leakage: wrong coating of sealing surface.
3.External leakage: stem packing failuer without any compensation after frequenctly on/off operating.
1.Valve flow channel is machined to ensure the roughness does not exceed Ra3.2. The valve pocket is designed with a drain port, which allows for regular release of deposited materials.
2.Special coating for solid-liquid phase with good features on hardness and corrosion.
3.Real live-loaded packing design with real time wear compensation of packing.
