Pain Points and Proposal
1.While the valve fails to open or close fully, the medium adhering to the surfaces of the ball and valve seat prevents the formation of a good sealing.
2.When slurry enters the spring pocket, crystalline deposits block the spring, causing the spring to fail and lose its ability to provide preload for the valve seat, resulting in internal leakage of the valve.
