Pain Points and Proposal

1. External Leakage: The bellows develops external leakage after high frequently cycling.

2. Internal Leakage:

After high-frequency cycling, the valve seat damaged, resulting in internal leakage.

1.One-piece extended bellows, a purely imported product, features a compression-type bellows design, which effectively enhances the spring recovery capability when the valve is closed and reduces the spring recovery time.

2.Strict welding quality control ensures a secure connection between the bellows and valve trim.

3.A high sealing specific pressure design prevents high-speed metal-to-metal impacts, ensuring zero leakage under long time working.

4.The valve seat is made of high-strength engineering plastics material, ensuring both strength and toughness.

5.Imported bellows ensure concentricity with the valve stem.
