Pain Points and Proposal
1. Jam:
① Under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, hard alloy is prone to metal galling and heat accumulation, causing scratches on the sealing surfaces of the ball and seat, resulting in valve jam.
② If working temperature is higher than 450℃, the trunnion ball valve is very easy to get seizure;
③ After high-temperature using, the torque increased sharply, causing jam.
2. External Leakage:
After thermal cycling or long-term use, the body seal gasket is prone to leakage.
