Pain Points and Proposal

1. At the moment when the valve is opened or closed, the sealing surface of the ball seat will be directly scoured. Scratches on the sealing surface of the ball/seat result in unstable valve torque, leading to valve internal leakage and jamming.

2. Unstable valve torque leads to valve jamming.

3.Wrong coating on sealing surface, resulting internal leakage and jamming of the valve.
