Pain Points and Proposal

1. At the moment when the valve is opened or closed, the sealing surface of the ball seat will be directly scoured. After long-term scouring, it will be damaged, resulting in internal leakage of the valve.

2. Prolonged scouring can cause the flow channel of the valve body to be worn through, leading to external leakage of the valve.

3.The ultra-hard silica powder fluid enters sealing surface, causing a significant increase in the valve's operating torque and eventually leading to valve jamming only several times on/off operating.

1.Special alloy coating on sealing surface to resist scouring and abrasion.

2.Hardened flow path of the valve.

3.Opimizing ball/seat structure to get a stable operating torque.
