Pain Points and Proposal

1. External leakage at packing:

High-frequency cycling causes rapid packing wear → insufficient sealing specific pressure → external leakage.

2. Internal leakage:

Solid particles entering compensation structure during cycling → spring chamber clogged/spring failure → loss of preset force compensation → internal leakage.

3. Valve jamming:

High-frequency cycling accelerates shaft wear (external leakage) + stem/bushing scoring → torque surge → potential jamming.

4. Actuator failure:

High-frequency cycling → accelerated shaft wear (external leakage) → may induce jamming.

1. Live-load packing design:

Multi-layer packing effectively prevents external leakage from frequent cycling. Spring-loaded composite packing (dynamic-load plate) meets EPA standards with TA-LUFT & ISO 15848 certification.

2. New track design:

Disc trajectory-based track ensures full-disc guidance (not just substrate clearance), preventing metal galling. Maintains disc rotation during operation → extended service life.

3. Hardened moving components:

High-speed/frequency operation necessitates extensive hardening. Antewei employs proven hardening methods/materials for all moving parts through rigorous testing.
