Pain Points and Proposal

① External leakage: An unreasonable extension height of the valve bonnet may easily cause condensed water in the air to enter the packing, where it freezes, scratches the packing, and leads to external leakage.  

②Internal leakage: At low temperatures, after the valve is degreased and dehydrated, the sealing surface becomes less wear-resistant and prone to scratches, leading to valve jamming.

 1. Advanced Low-Temperature Coating

Antiwear has independently developed a new low-temperature coating technology that prevents cracking and peeling under extreme cold conditions, while effectively avoiding metal adhesion caused by dry friction.

2. Optimized Stem Extension Design
Through finite element analysis and compliance with industry standards, we design an optimized stem extension height to ensure that the packing area always remains above 0°C, guaranteeing reliable sealing performance in low-temperature environments.
3. Self-Relieving Seat Structure
The valve is equipped with a self-relieving seat design, which can be configured for upstream or downstream pressure relief according to customer requirements, enhancing safety and operational flexibility.
