Pain Points and Proposal
1. Jam: Under pure, high-pressure, high-temperature, degreased, and dry oxygen/nitrogen/hydrogen service conditions, metal to metal "bite" (micro-welding phenomenon) easily occurs between parts; These phenomena occur on these parts: ball, seat, bearings, bushings, stem, bottom shaft, etc.
2. Internal Leakage:The valve passed factory accetance pressure testing but leakage occurs while running online.
