Traditional lined ball valves are prone to cracking at low temperatures due to thermal contraction and stress, particularly in northern regions or during winter. At high temperatures, the lining may delaminate or bulge; above 150℃, most conventional lined valves experience bulging, delamination, sticking, or even seizure, reducing service life to just a few months or even weeks.
Through continuous theoretical research, structural design optimization, and injection molding process improvements, Antiwear launched high-performance lined valves in June 2025. These valves can operate reliably across a temperature range of -65℃ to 200℃, without cracking, bulging, or sticking, making them suitable for long-term use in both low-temperature northern regions and high-temperature environments.
