A new intelligent flexible production line for valves built by Antiwear has recently entered the commissioning phase. Through technological integration and process optimization, the production line has greatly improved manufacturing capacity, providing high-quality products and stable delivery assurance for valve processing.

① Precision & Quality Control
Equipped with advanced servo control and closed-loop positioning feedback systems, the line achieves full-automatic tool setting and tool compensation throughout the entire process with zero manual intervention, which significantly improves machining accuracy and ensures consistent processing quality of mass-produced workpieces.
High-precision processing equipment and a full-process digital traceability system are adopted. From raw blanks to finished products, all process parameters and inspection results are fully traceable. The first-pass yield exceeds 99.8%, effectively improving the consistency of machining quality.
② Flexible Production Switching
Supported by intelligent production scheduling, flexible fixtures and integrated logistics coordination, the line enables rapid switching and processing of multi-category components.
